Today we’re getting into a light LIIT workout to start the week. If you’ve been loving these workouts that @maximsaidso and I have been doing, I encourage you to get into them with us and save this post for your next at home workout sesh. My body has been feeling so much stronger and I’ve been more energetic since we started doing these weekly workouts at home. Workouts:

1. Elbow to Knee Crunches – 3 sets x 15 per leg

2. Inchworm – 3 sets x 15 reps

3. Bird Dog – 3 sets x 10 reps

4. Sumo Squat + Calf Raise – 3 sets x 20 reps

5. Alt. Side Step To Ground Tap – 3 sets x 20 per side

6. Push-up To Alt. Toe Touches – 3 sets x 10 reps
