Happy #MLK Day, Gems!! Today, I’m taking time to truly reflect on the sacrifices Martin Luther King Jr. made to propel our society forward and making the freedoms we enjoy not just a possibility but a reality. There’s still a tremendous amount of work left to do for equality, human rights, women’s rights, and ultimately a more compassionate world. So today, we celebrate his voice!

The snow we got this weekend gave me the perfect excuse to style an ALL WHITE head to toe look but of course I had to add a little pop of color. I rummaged through my closet and realized how few white pieces I have especially for winter. Probably because I subconsciously stay away from wearing white since my make-up always ruins it (raise your hand if you can relate). I found this white top I’ve had for a few months from Modcloth, a pair of vintage high waisted pants I bought at a vintage shop on eBay over 10 years ago (can’t believe I held on to them for so long), threw on my Paul Smith white Teddy coat, stepped into my AGL lace-up boots and finally added a pop of color with my Lafayette148 fortune bag. Ohh and of course I had to finish the look with a gold metal belt. Maxim also decided to put together his own version of my snowy look that he actually styled himself. We shot each others’ looks. How did we do?
